misty rain and very quiet close to the entrance of Callum Brae this
morning, but up towards the dams close to the side fence, a group of
diamond firetails (around 10) and dusky woodswallows (around 15, including
a couple of dependent young being fed by adults). close to the dam in the
middle, a pair of yellow-tailed black cockatoos keeping company with half
a dozen sulphur crested cockatoos (I've previously seen them fly over CB
but haven't found them sitting still there).
quite a number of black faced cuckoo shrikes, a couple of noisy
friarbirds, the usual crowd of eastern rosellas and crimson rosellas, and
and a horsfields bronze cuckoo.
