Scat question

If scat is the correct term for birdie-do.

On a high level pathway between buildings at Mt Stromlo this morning there was a large dropping deposited. About 4cm long, black, pointed, and what looked like seed remains in it. I thought it might be an owl, but no obvious animal remains. It wasn't duck-do, although ducks do inhabit the immediate area (Australian Wood Ducks, I think).

It wasn't left by a mammal as there's no way to access the path short of a two metre jump.

Possible IDs?
