Talking about zebs......I was at a friend's house in Scantlebury Crescent,
Theodore, last weekend where I was surprised to hear, then see, zebs. Upon
investigation, there was an aviary in the garden next door and the owner
apparently leaves the door open. My friend pointed to 4 nests he had around
his house. The zebs are breeding freely but apparently always return to the
aviary for food and water. They were not all wild-type - many had varying
amounts of white, to pure white, plumage.
