This evening at Kelly's we saw a raven killing a young rabbit. It held it down, pecking at it. A couple of times the rabbit tried to escape, without success. Three older rabbits looked on, unable to help. Another raven flew in and stood beside the one that was killing the rabbit, but did not interfere in any way. There are lots of rabbits at Kelly's.

All present and correct with the spoonbills. Three young birds were feeding in the water, near the tree. Sometimes the parents were around, other times not. Still one chick to fledge. About a hundred ibises flew in and about 20 were roosting in the spoonbill tree when we left, about 8pm
