Not sure about the moth (butterfly?) but I am pretty sure the other little fellow is a Lesser Long-eared Bat (Nyctophilus geoffroyi).

Found over most of Australia and quite common in the Canberra suburbs.  You can often see and hear them hawking under streetlights on warm evenings.

I used to have them roosting during the day (along with another species (Chocolate Wattle bat) in the creases of some old overalls in my shed.
