At Campbell Park this morning we observed a male rufous whistler feeding a young bird. He sat with a moth/butterfly in his bill, in the same shrub as the young rufous whistler, neither calling at all, for at least 10 minutes before hopping down to feed the youngster. Also a friar bird on a tidy, new nest, near the car parkA male and a female leaden flycatcher near the nest where they had been sitting a couple of weeks ago. No sign of the young birds.
