is later than down here and while up there for 6 days over Xmas i saw:
 
a willy' s nest with 4 eggs and mother sitting, Creel Bay, Waste Pt near Jindabyne; [6 white-fronted chats this area too].
a sp pardalote flying in and out and apparently using wall of wombat's burrow to nest  beside Thredbo R in Bullock's Hut area
flame robin pair feeding 2 downy young in nest on trunk of Hawthorn tree , Bullock's HUt
many swallows's nests and a young under Ski tube bridge over Thredbo R
yellow-tufted h'eater nest-buildiing beside the Big Badger R., Undoo, east of Numeralla
Dusky woodswallows' nest incl 3 eggs same area
 
so if anyone missed spring here, go south!
