Sunstruck choughs

We are all familiar with magpies, mudlarks, choughs, currawongs, etc spread out on the ground in the sun as if dead or ga ga.  Attached is the first mass sunbake that I have seen of our local tribe of choughs.  There were 11 or 12 in this bunch.
