Tempting though the SC Cockatoo and the Willy wagtail are, I think I'll have to vote for the Pallid Cuckoo.

It's the only bird that has ever moved me to get up in the middle of the night to toss stones at it. (No, I didn't hit the bird, but I did get it to fly off to torment some other poor souls)
