You will recall that a few years ago when there were 4/5 there, we saw much
pseudo-courtship behaviour including lugging around of large branches. I am
not aware of any actual breeding at JW. Vigorous feeding and standing on
one leg is not sufficient to occupy a healthy spoonbill's day.

They were there on Saturday but at that stage were just moving around
and looking awkward, no denudation or apparent construction.
