On the way home from Harden yesterday...
2 Wedge tailed eagles, one being harrassed by a smaller bird
1 sparrowhawk, not sure which flew down and grabbed a prey at the side of the road, just as we got there
kea=stral hovering
 
As I was driving at the time I was unable to get more positive identifications.  But it was good to see.
 
This morning, Black tailed cockatoos in the pines at Kaleen near the GDE
