I revisited some sites in the Gunning area this morning. Highlights were:
* Horsfield's Bronze-Cuckoo (1) - calling loudly from atop a hill * Speckled Warbler (2) * Red-capped Robin (1) - heard * Diamond Firetail (1) * Yellow Thornbill (6+) - one pair busy mating * White-fronted Chat (2) - along Gundaroo Rd * Brown Falcons (4) - at various sites And finally dropped by the sewage pond at Gunning. The usual suspects plus 2 White Ibis and 5 Hardhead. Cheers Marnix |
