I don't agree with the suggestion from Denis.
Not that what he said about the Indian Ring Neck Parrot is wrong. However the
photo looked to me far more like a Superb Parrot than a Rose-ringed Parakeet,
especially in the small beak (cf the big beak of a Rose-ringed Parakeet). I only
had a quick look at the photo on line then deleted the message (as I do with
most attachments), so I can't reappraise it now. Remember also that the Superb
Parrot is also a common cage-bird.
