Hi !

I forgot to mention in the bad viewing conditions when sea-bird watching, include on that the huge swell synopsis.   This is when you spot a bird and the minute you spot it, it disappears into the trough made by the huge swell.    If its large, it appears momentarily many hundreds of meters away only to disappear again in an instant ,and if its small it just disappears , never to be seen again. This is what has been happening all this week due to the huge swell down the coast. There has been 6 Ruddy Turnstones seen at Bawley Point and oh yes, while I'm on the chat line I might as well mention, if anyone is interested, the Ospreys which are nesting at Ulladulla tip. All very Ho-hum I'm afraid.
Cheers
