Dear subscribers

Thanks to the tips at the meeting last night over the weekend I'll be following up Stromlo Forest Park, Tharwa Sand Wash and the Namadgi visitors centre for Flame, Hooded and Scarlet robins, as well as the Jacky Winter, for the Robins Twitchathon on Sunday 20 July.

If anyone knows of anywhere where the Rose or Red-capped Robin can be reliably found (both seem to be very scarce at the moment), or finds them over the weekend/next week, preferably where they can be easily accessed from a bus, please let me know. It would be great to add one of these species to the 5 (just a pass mark) that I'm now reasonably confident of finding without having to drive, search or walk too far.
