Hi All,

A couple of obs. from this morning which some may find of interest.

1. There were 370 Galahs on Kippax Oval in a single flock this morning with a few others scattered near by.

2. Five or maybe six cygnets hatched over night at Jarramlee Pond.

Not sure of the count as they have yet to be allowed out of the nest.

3.Also present on the pond: grebe (probably Australasian), a couple of Hardheads,
a White-faced Heron and the usual smattering of swamphen, moorhen and coot.
