A few weeks ago I reported how we saw a Common Blackbird carrying nesting materials. Looks like the little devils are still at it. This afternoon, in a Charnwood garden, I watched a blackbird carrying worms in its bill (I suppose it had nowhere else to carry them) as it disappeared into the depths of a thick lilac shrub
