Last year this was one of the recommendations of the COG Subcommittee (Jack
Holland, Tony Lawson & YT) that looked into COG's funds and possible
projects etc funds might be applied to. I think tag wearing makes for a more
friendly group and is certainly makes things easier for new members. When I
was on the Committee, I knew about 90% of people who came to meetings. Now,
I'd be lucky to score 50%, even though I still come to most meetings.
The Subcommittee had in mind printed name tags for every member, plus a rack where they might be left. ANPS has been doing this for years. Bruce |
