Several months ago there was a swan family on Lake Tuggeranong and one of the cygnets was riding on the mothers back.

 

There are two lots of very young wood ducklings at different locations on the Murrumbidgee Golf course.  Four in one family and two in the other. Much smaller broods than earlier in the year. Is this late for their breeding?
