Hi Jenny,

No matter how 'green' a suburb means to be, people mean increase in rats
and mice, which means more cats and foxes, which means less native birds
and small mammals!

There will always be more people in Canberra; it is not like 90,000 is the
last of people to be settled. Eventually we will have to start building up
and not out. Why not now?

At some point we have to decide whether nature reserves as for aesthetics
or for real conservation purposes.
