Also at my work in Barton 2 magpie lark chicks were
fledged yesterday. And I have seen at least 3 nests with chicks over the past
couple of weeks. My workmate was swooped multiple times by a magpie lark near
Old Parliament house 2 weeks ago. I agree with Con and others, I think they are
second round youngsters. The magpie lark swooping the woman seems to have
ritualised the behaviour. So I would carry out different behaviour to try and
