Singing Bushlark

Assuming that is what the attached is, there is at least one Singing Bushlark
                              in the same general area that they were in 13 months ago.
 
I am pretty sure it is not a Skylark, because:
(i) I was looking for a Skylark with crest to photograph
(ii) It was smaller
(iii) It flew off in a flat trajectory, neither ascending or undulating.
