Hi Geoffrey -- great shot of the sea eagle.

 

Recently gone digital -- my Nikon F100 was going to cost $900-00 for overhaul after "dying" at the end of winter Qld. trip.

 

Recently been to Terrick Terrick N.P. -- hence the plains wanderer shots -- taken with my trusty old mechanical Nikon!  Actually had the female calling which no one had experienced before -- the female in the 2nd. photo was calling.

 

Went on to Ned's Corner, west of Mildura for some small mammal & reptile survey work.  Mallee in dire straits -- what with man's impact and now the global warming scenario, the flora & fauna are suffering.  The next Sahara!!  Ha, ha!! but we have to have growth and development, b***** the environment.

 

Ned's Corner, once a station, now a Trust For Nature property.
