Definitely not a buffalo weaver: they are like large sparrows. My initial thought was one oif the wood-hoopoes, but the bill looks a bit too short for them, and there is usually white visible on the tail. I would tend to agree with Geoffrey although the fledglings perched on a tidily pruned twig seems a bit strange. Perhaps the poster of the piccie would be able to enlighten us?
