Unusual bird at Kelly's

I saw the rooster on Tuesday afternoon. It seems likely to me that it would be from the adjecent Dairy Flat/Birrigai School. They have various farmyard animals there.

As I returned to the carpark a large bird, mostly black with white speckles on the throat and upper breast, and a mighty fine crop of iridescent blue/green tail feathers was making its way in.  Oh, did I mention it had a red comb on its head?  Yep, it was a Rooster, the finest lookin' rooster you ever did see, but will it be a feather duster tomorrow?  Escaped from where?  The Ranger arrived at about the same time but had no knowledge as to its origin.    He was also unaware of the Platypus and set off to check it out.
