Spring has sprung in a big way in Wamboin this morning - I swear the migrants travel in packs!

We've had Pallid Cuckoos calling for a few weeks now, and the occasional Horsfield's Bronze-Cuckoo, but this morning we had 4 cuckoo species calling here with the addition of Fan-tailed Cuckoo and Shining Bronze-Cuckoo. Only Brush Cuckoo missing from our cuckoos list.

Also, "our" 2 Grey Fantails returned, as well as a Noisy Friarbird, at least one Olive-backed Oriole and several Black-faced Cuckoo-Shrikes. We're just waiting on Rufous Whistler and Leaden Flycatcher which should both be along shortly (must have taken a wrong turn).
