I am going by Geoffrey's e-mail. I deleted the
original e-mail and Sue's, due to the size of the attachment, before looking at
it. However if the feather is the one that Geoffrey has attached to the WFHO,
then it is absolutely certainly from a Guinea Fowl and given
the location, I suggest it has probably fallen out of someone's hat. Hats are a
habitat that is commonly associated with Guinea Fowls (or at least their
unattached feathers).
