I made an infrequent visit to the coast on Tuesday/Wednesday.  All the below were photographed in or from my backyard yesterday: a  ‘green’ bowerbird, WH Pigeon, overflying White-necked Heron, courting Rainbow Lorikeets, a skulking whipbird in that ferny stuff that comes up everywhere, and an immature  W-b Sea-Eagle being chased by a magpie.   In theory, nothing you couldn’t see in or from a Canberra backyard, but probably not all in the one day while you’re trying to clear up the yard.   (Among other stuff, a curlew was also in distant view on Tuross Lake but not photographable. )
