I was at the junction of Uriarra & Coppins Crossing roads this morning at 11am and so was a pair of White fronted chats.
 
They were quite unconcerned at the parked car, flying between the top fence wire & the unkempt grass many times. They also perched in that small, & still-leafed oak tree on the Bike-tracks area side. They flew across the road several times & also down into the bike-track area on the edges of the 4-5m wide rough/earth surface.
 
I wonder if it's possible to keep the grasses scruffy this year so they can have a less traumatic breeding season?
I'll leave it to you to post this on the email line if this is the first recent sighting.
