OK, I'll admit it, I'm just looking for a new subject line. On my first look outside at 11.30 today the White-fronted Honeyeater was not in the Grevillea, so not wanting to wait around, I walked the distance of the 5 houses (the other end of Hiles Place) to look over the fence at the Pieris tree, where I have seen it before. It was feeding in there. I walked back to my home and as I arrived and turned around, it flew up from there, to the tree in the neighbour's yard then down to the Grevillea. It was of course a fun coincidence but it is nice to imagine it was following me.
