Hi Marg,
Normally so, although four together, sort of swing
the balance of probability towards wild ones. I would be interested to know more
(or indeed something) about this RSPCA lost
and found data base. It is news to me. Can you describe what sort of info
it has and how it is structured. Is it accessible? It would be useful for COG to
share info about birds.
