We spent an hour or so this
afternoon searching for Black-chins at Newline without luck. However the
front paddock where all(?) previous sightings have been was almost devoid of
birds. There were shriketits and Brown treecreepers in the paddock behind the
fenced off area at the top of the hill.
Has anyone seen Black-chins since Paul Taylors
report on Tuesday?
