We have White-plumed HE at Quailrise, Hoskinstown. They have been around for a good time. I can't tell you when they arrived as I was away until mid May. Then they were present in small numbers up to 6 and are they are staying close to the usual winter mixed feed flock of small birds. They are still here despite the snow. I saw a juv. at about 2pm today. I don't recall ever seeing them here before.
