Subject: | Barking Owl in O'Connor [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED] |

A colleague reported being woken at 3am Thursday by a loud sound outside his bedroom window in O'Connor, which he described as a bit like an owl and a bit like a dog barking. I have played him a recording of a Barking Owl (from the BOCA CD series) and he is sure that is what he heard. Leo.
