I decided to go for a (long) drive on Friday hoping to find a few target species. Although I dipped on them I did find a flock of 7 Cockatiels including young birds, Mallee Ringnecks, plenty of both species of babbler and an echidna. Along Charcoal Tank Rd were several Superb Parrots as well as a few at Temora. At Charcoal Tank Reserve were Chestnut-rumped Thornbill and Brown Treecreeper. I didnt see much else due to the windy conditions.
The most common parrot was the Blue Bonnet with almost 30 birds seen spread across many sites.
Cheers
Marnix
