At about 16.15 today a Frogmouth flew to the sill of my west-facing window on the second floor of the Stanner Building on the Acton Peninsular (ANU building 37, off Lennox Crossing). It immediately set off again, probably as it noticed me lurking behind my computer. When I looked out the window I could see a couple of calling A. Ravens and some A Magpies, so it may have been chased from its day-time roost.
