Seem to be a lot of black cockatoos around at present - earlier this morning a group of nine flew over as I was hanging out the washing (Wanniassa) - now I've just had a group of 8 fly past my office window - I haven't noted them in Parkes previously At Jerrabomberra Wetlands yesterday afternoon a royal spoonbill, intermediate egret, white faced heron, several dollar birds, quite a number of black fronted dotterels (adults and juveniles) and some Aust ravens paddling and obviously finding something worth eating Sandra Henderson
