At Mulligans early this morning with Chris Davey and Adrian Manning, saw at least 10 Little Lorikeets in the eastern end of the reserve. Many White-browed Wood swallows in the same area, with one pair building a nest. The lorikeets were in a large Blakelys apparently having an early morning preen, eventually flew off towards the south, no idea if how far they went.

Other interesting sights - a Cattle Egret (with cattle) in adjacent farmland, White-necked Heron at the dam near the stockyards.

GPS for Lorikeets  35 10 05 / 149 10 46

cheers
