My conservative estimate is that there is also 50-60 White-browed Woodswallows currently present and breeding in the large eucalypts in front of the Namadgi Visitors Centre.  A small number of Masked Woodswallows seen amongst them as well.  I know that the nesting workshop is at Campbell Park this coming weekend but there is some healthy breeding activity at the Namadgi Visitors Centre, with the following observed over the past week:

in front of the building:
  • White-browed Woodswallow - nest building
  • Dusky Woodswallow - dependent young
  • Willie Wagtail - on nest
  • Restless Flycatcher - nest with young and nest building
behind the building:
  • White-winged Triller - on nest
  • Magpie-lark - dependent young
  • Australian Magpie - dependent young
  • Varied Sitella - nest with young
