Julie McGuiness and I also hunted larks et al at the site this morning (I
note that the Singing Bushlark is Australia's only native true lark).
Activity was quieter than yesterday - perhaps because it was distinctly
cooler. But at one point in time, I had, lined up on a fence over about
fifty metres, three Singing Bushlarks, one Pipit and two Red-rumped parrots.
Several Skylark and Pipit aerial displays were also part of the show.
Unfortunately, no Brown Songlark.
