Roger,
I'd suggest to you it is a Brown
Songlark. It looks much too dark to be a Rufous Songlark. Their calls
are an obvious difference. Rufous sound squeaky & Brown sounds creaky. Now
that is how I remember them, whether those words mean the same to you as me, I
don't know. Certainly not a Bushlark.
