Hi All
 
I was out on Kelly's Road this morning (just the other side of Williamsdale )
and watched several of these guys (gals, maybe) for some time.
 
They were possibly browner, but not a lot browner,  than that, bright blue sky messes up the colour in my camera.
Very vocal whether perched on a wire, fossiking in a bush or flying rapidly from one to another.
I thought initially that they were Skylarks but their flight was mostly horizontal and they never "ascended" the way Skylarks do.
They seemed to have several songs (one Skylark like).
Singing Bushlarks being the flavour of the week i guess that is what they were,
though another possibility might be Rufous Songlark ?
