At lunchtime, 1 Whiskered Tern but otherwise remarkably little around – almost no ducks, just a handful of Coots – perhaps a harrier had been through before I arrived…

After work – 6pm to dusk – 1 Great White Egret, 1 Buff-banded Rail, 1 Spotted Crake (latter two in ‘crake alley’), ‘usual’ assortment of ducks, and c.20 Pelicans in to roost.
