On the COG woodland survey today at Newline, the Jacky Winters are back and singing.  I also recorded White-winged Trillers, Crested Shrike-tits, Speckled Warbler, Southern Whiteface, Tree Martins, 2 Brown Treecreepers and lots of Yellow-faced Honeyeaters moving through very early.  Both Brown Goshawk and Collared Sparrowhawk were around most of the morning - they were not to be seen on the raptor Twitchathon a few weeks ago!
