Hi Canberra birders,Red-browed Finches feeding on casuarina seeds is also a frequent occurrence here in the NSW Blue Mountains. Similarly, Beautiful Firetails will feed on the seeds of Allocasuarina. At certain heathland sites in this area, A. distyla seeds appear to be their main diet.
