and at Callum Brae on Saturday - a pair of Rainbow Lorikeets have set up their household in a dead tree beside the dry creek, a pair of wood ducks in a hollow near the dam, and a pair of short billed corellas behaving very amorously in another tree next to the dam.
also saw a male rufous whistler, a few spotted pardalote, many striated pardalote - also had a large flock of the latter in my garden yesterday - must have been abotu 25 or so.

Some more signs of spring over the weekend with Striated Thornbills building a nest at Mulligans Flat, a pair of Kestrels copulating at Goorooyarroo, White-winged Choughs busy finishing a nest at Mulligans, and a Noisy Friarbird, also at Mulligans.

Cheers
Marnix
