Field Nats
visited Googong the weekend before last. 6th August
Some
interesting observations were a grey currawong at the Dam lookout
carpark.
On the
foreshores walk a pair of hooded robins, 1 speckled warbler (in surprisingly
open area), and a pied cormorant, possibly more
on an island.
At
London bridge-
20 redbrows, 2 tree martins, pair of hooded robins, a flame robin
male.
The week
before I had seen 6 flame robins along the road driving back from London bridge
carpark.
The crimson
rosellas also have a noticeably different voice to those in canberra.
