Over the weekend Noela and I did the Swift Parrot cum
Regent Honeyeater survey in our usual patch in the
Adelong - Tarcutta area. Dipped on the target species,
unfortunately. How did others go?

Trees in flower were Grey Box near Adelong, Ironbark
at Mates Gully TSR nr Tarcutta and White Box at
Kyeamba TSR which is south of there.

Large numbers of Noisy Friarbirds, a couple of Dusky
Woodswallows, an O-b Oriole, Horsfield's
Bronze-cuckoos and an immature W-w Triller suggest
that Spring has well and truely spung in that region.
