I think all we can do is disagree!

 

You say that ‘Low numbers of the species and low breeding success is reason enough to nominate the species, regardless of whether the species is in decline, stable or increasing.’  All very well but it need to be realised that within the ACT to get a bird nominated it is not sufficient to demonstrate low numbers.  It must be shown that the species has declined else the nomination does not have a leg to stand on.
