A trip yesterday to Tidbinbilla didnt produce much in the way of birds but I did have superb close-up views of a Platypus at the Wetlands. This seems to be the most reliable site for this species in the ACT. Also a pair of Shovelers on one of the ponds. Cheers Marnix
